Final pricing is based on the type of service requested, number of notarial acts, travel distance, appointment time, and any additional assistance required. All applicable charges will be reviewed with you before service begins.

General Notary Services

• Traditional Notarial Act — $10 per act Charged for each traditional in-person notarial act or certificate completed.
• Remote Online Notarial Act — $25 per act Charged for each electronic notarial act completed through Remote Online Notarization.
• Appointment Reservation Fee — $10 A non-refundable fee required to reserve a Remote Online or Mobile Notary appointment. This fee is applied toward the remaining service balance.

Mobile Travel Fees

• Travel Fee: Up to 10 Miles — $30 Flat travel fee for locations within 10 miles of the business mailing location.
• Travel Fee: 11–20 Miles — $40 Flat travel fee for locations between 11 and 20 miles from the business mailing location.
• Additional Mileage: 21–25 Miles — $50 Charged for each mile beyond 20 miles. The maximum mobile service range is 25 miles.
• Parking or Toll Reimbursement — $15 Applies when parking or toll expenses are required for the appointment.

Additional Service Fees

• Remote Online Notarization Technology Fee — $15 Per Appointment Technology and platform fee required for each Remote Online Notarization session.
• Witness Service Fee — $40 Per Witness Applies when an approved witness is arranged for the appointment. Witness services must be requested in advance.
• Document Printing Fee — $2 Per Document Applies when client-provided PDF documents must be printed before a Mobile Notary appointment.
• Power of Attorney Appointment — $100 Specialized appointment involving a Power of Attorney document. Travel and notarial acts are charged separately.
• Small-Business or Corporate Notary Appointment — $175 Per Hour Includes up to one hour of service, up to 10 notarial acts, and travel within 10 miles.
• Late-Night or Emergency Notary Service — $75 Applies to appointments scheduled between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Includes one signer, one notarial act, and travel up to 10 miles max. (Must call us directly to book this service.)
• Limited-Availability Service Fee — $50 Applies to appointments accepted during limited-availability dates. Travel and notarial acts are charged separately. (Must call us directly to book this service.)
