Private Process Service Rate Sheet

Professional Service, Clearly Documented

Documented Attempts — Each attempt is recorded with the date, time, and outcome.
Professional Approach — Calm, respectful service with organized follow-through.
Clear Updates — Timely updates are provided as the assignment progresses.
Mileage Included — No separate mileage fee within the listed service area. Outside of 20 miles additional fees apply.
Document Printing Included — Up to 100 Pages (call for quote over 100 pages)

Final Disposition & Return At final disposition, the client receives proof of service or documented due diligence when service is unsuccessful. Original or return documents will be mailed when required.

Service Levels

Routine	$100	5–7 day service window; up to 3 documented attempts
Rush	$150	1–3 day service window; first attempt within 48 hours
Same Day	$200	First attempt the same day*; next attempt within 24 hours if unsuccessful; up to 3 documented attempts

Same-day service is subject to approval and the scheduling cutoff. All service windows begin after full payment and complete documents are received and approved.

Additional Fees

Additional Recipient: $35 for each additional person or entity served at the same approved address.

Address Change or Second Address: $40 when using the remaining attempts included with the original service.

Additional Attempts: $35 for each attempt requested beyond the three included attempts.

New Service Address: A new service fee applies when three additional attempts are requested at another address.

Tracked Return Shipping: Charged at the actual shipping cost when physical documents must be returned.
