Purpose and Scope

Purposed With Solutions LLC ("Purposed With Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of website visitors, clients, signers, witnesses, process recipients, and other individuals whose information is provided in connection with our services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through our website and our Professional Private Process Service, Remote Online Notarization, and Mobile Notary Services.

This Policy applies to information we control. A third-party website, payment provider, scheduling tool, RON platform, identity-verification provider, email provider, cloud service, or other service provider may separately control information under its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

Contact and Account Information

We may collect names, business or firm names, mailing and service addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, client type, preferred contact method, and related contact details.

Process-Service Information

We may collect assignment IDs, case numbers, courts, counties, party names, attorney or client information, service addresses, descriptions or photographs used for lawful identification, document types, court papers, deadlines, special instructions, attempt dates and times, observations, lawful location or status information, mileage or travel records, proof-of-service information, affidavits, returns, notes, and communications. Because a client may provide information about another person, we may receive personal information indirectly rather than from the person who is the subject of service.

Notary Information

We may collect signer and witness names, addresses, appointment information, the type or description of a document, the requested notarial act, the type of identification presented, fee information, notary-journal entries, signatures where required, and communications relating to the appointment. We do not need or request the content of a document beyond what is reasonably necessary to perform the notarial act, troubleshoot the electronic file, maintain a required record, or comply with law.

RON Identity and Session Information

For Remote Online Notarization, the approved platform or identity-verification provider may collect or generate government-identification images or data, credential-analysis results, knowledge-based authentication (KBA) results, biometric verification data, device or session data, digital certificates, electronic signatures, and the required audio-video recording. Depending on the provider and method used, we may receive verification results without receiving raw KBA answers or raw biometric templates. Virginia law requires the electronic notary to maintain specified electronic-notary records and the remote audio-video record for at least five years.

Payment Information

We may collect invoice numbers, service descriptions, amounts, payment status, billing contact information, refunds, and transaction records. Payment-card numbers and related financial credentials are generally collected and processed directly by the payment processor, not stored by us in full.

Website, Device, and Communications Information

We may collect messages, form entries, uploaded files, emails, support requests, call or text details, and records of consent or service instructions. Our website and providers may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and cookie or similar-technology data needed for security, functionality, analytics, or user preferences.
