Thank you for choosing Purposed With Solutions LLC. Please review this refund policy before booking a service, viewing a resource, or submitting payment.
Mobile notary appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit to schedule service.
The $10 deposit is applied toward the final balance due at the time of service. The remaining balance is due at the time of the notary appointment.
The $10 deposit is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation, missed appointments, lack of acceptable identification, unavailable signer, incomplete documents, signer refusal, signer incapacity, or any issue that prevents the notarization from being completed.
The mobile notary travel fee is a flat $60 for service within the approved travel area, up to a maximum of 20 miles. This mobile fee does not include the notary signature fee.
If the notary arrives for the scheduled appointment and the notarization cannot be completed due to issues outside of the notary’s control, applicable travel, time, or service attempt fees may still be due.
Remote online notarization starts at $25.
Remote notarization fees may be non-refundable once the remote session has started, identity verification has been attempted, the notary platform has been accessed, or service time has been reserved.
If the remote notarization cannot be completed due to identity verification failure, technology issues on the signer’s end, ineligible documents, missing information, or signer-related issues, a refund is not guaranteed.
Beyond the Gate Support Sessions are paid educational support sessions.
Because time is reserved for each appointment, support session payments are generally non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact Purposed With Solutions LLC as soon as possible.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, failure to provide accurate contact information, or failure to attend the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Purposed With Solutions LLC does not provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with third-party outcomes, including housing decisions, employment decisions, legal outcomes, agency responses, benefits decisions, or program eligibility.
